Legendary motorcycle returns in a modern design
Among the model historical landmarks of the JAWA brand, the motorcycle, popularly known as the Perak, which was mass-produced after World War II, is clearly written in bold letters. The motorcycle's typically sloping rear passage, the compact design of the motorcycle as a whole, the graceful, eye-pleasing lines, the stylish single-seater design and, of course, the drop tank with the logo that conquered the world. All this brings together the historic and contemporary Perak.
The new JAWA 350 CL Perak is of course much more technically advanced.
Of course, it meets the current EURO 5 standard thanks to its liquid-cooled, four-stroke, DOHC single-cylinder engine with a displacement of 334 cc and an output of 22.54 kW. Although the engine power is significantly higher compared to its older sibling, the JAWA 300 CL, it is not used to achieve a higher top speed on this motorcycle, but to significantly improve engine pull and therefore achieve greater active safety. Damping is handled by a central suspension unit in the rear passage. The BYBRE front disc brake is complemented by a rear disc brake on this model.
The JAWA 350 CL Perak motorcycle is manufactured under a licensing agreement by the Indian company Classic Legends Pvt. Ltd. Ltd. Its production is thus directly related to the JAWA motorcycles produced in India in the 1960s.
